Safe Communities Conference to Focus on Issues Concerning Youth

Partners in Prevention and Region 7 Educational Service Center will host the Safe Communities Conference on Monday, June 4, with topics including: Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking, Drug & Alcohol Abuse Trends, Sexting and the Law, Poverty Impact on Youth, and Identity Fraud.

The City of Longview is proud to host the 40th Anniversary Amtrak Exhibit Train and various related activities on April 27 – 29, 2012. Amtrak is celebrating 40 years as America’s Railroad with a special exhibit train which has toured the country.
