Annual Membership $15

Broughton Space Available:
gym, meeting rooms and classrooms available for meetings, special occasions, birthday parties and receptions.

Classroom or Lobby:  $25/hour plus a $100 deposit fee.  2 hour minimum plus salaries.  Capacity of 70 people.

Gym:  $50/hour plus $100 deposit fee.  3 hour minimum plus salaries.  $40 flat kitchen fee.  Capacity of 500 people.

To secure a reservation, all fees (including rental, deposit, security, and salary fees) must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event.
