Registration Information

There are five easy ways to register for recreation classes!

• Online: You may register online for Recreation and Learn-to-Swim classes. Click here to find out more about how to register online.
   
• By mail: Complete the registration form IN FULL, and send in along with your payment in the form of check, money order, or your VISA, MasterCard or Discover account number to the address found on the registration form.
   
• Walk-in: Register in person at the Parks and Recreation Department office at 103 E. Timpson St., Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
   
• By fax: Complete the registration form IN FULL and be sure to include your VISA or MasterCard account number and expiration date. Fax registration form to 903-237-1389.
   
• By phone: You may register by phone for any of the Recreation classes. Have your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card ready and call 903-237-1270.

All Classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration.

Payment in Full is required at time of registration. If the class you wish to register for has reached maximum capacity, your payment will be returned.

Class Size is limited and therefore will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Minumum/Maximum: There is a minimum and maximum number of registrations needed before a class can be held. If a sufficient number does not register, the class will be cancelled. Insure your choice; register right away!

Recreation Class Refund Policy: After initial registration and up to the first class, a $5 service fee will be assessed. After the first class and prior to the second, class fees will be prorated. Allow two weeks for procession. No refunds will be given on or after the second class day. Refund checks in the amount of $10 or less will not be issued. A household credit balance up to $10 will be held on account and can be used to take future recreation classes.
