Youth Athletics

The Parks and Recreation Department offers several youth athletic programs and events listed below. For youth sports associations choose the Youth Sports Associations link to the left.

 

 

TAAF Track Meet - July 2013

Track Meet Date:  Saturday, May 18

Location:  Gladewater High School
                   Jack Murphy Bear Stadium
                   2201 W. Gay Ave.

For boys and girls ages 6-18

All registration will be handled online by TAAF.  You must pay at the time of registration.  The website link is below:

Hershey Track Meet  -- NEW DATE AND TIME

Track Meet Date:  Saturday, July 13

Location:  Gladewater High School
                   Jack Murphy Bear Stadium
                   2201 W. Gay Ave.

Check-in Time:  7:30-8:30 AM

Meet begins at 9:00 AM

 

For boys and girls ages 9-14 (as of December 31, 2013)

 

A COPY OF THE PARTICIPANT'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

 

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY, MAY 10 AT 5:00 PM.

NFL Punt Pass and Kick - Local Competition

For boys & girls ages 6-15

Event will be held in October 2013.

Registration will begin in August 2013.
